The Dauphin Design Team, led by Jessica Engelhardt, delivers beautifully on this need with the development of a functional and visually attractive chair program. Inspired by the smooth contour of a petal, Fiore (Italian for flower), provides comfort through the high-quality, polypropylene seating shell. Cleverly designed in an abundance of vibrant colors (green, yellow, blue, red, silver, iron grey, black and white), as well as wood veneers to instill a touch of the outdoors, Fiore’s base options include a 4-post side chair and bar stool which stack 8 high on the floor; 3 high for stools. All these features work in concert, allowing Fiore to rapidly change a space to meet the demands of today’s corporate and institutional markets.

At the center of Fiore is its simple, ergonomic seat shell produced in bright poly or a choice of natural oak, walnut or beech veneer. Available un-upholstered, with an upholstered seat pad or fully upholstered, Fiore offers an optional pivot tablet arm available only on the 5-star base models. There are also a variety of additional bases including wood legs in oak, walnut and beech and a 4-star swivel base with casters—all of which combine to yield an appealing solution for any institutional space. The Fiore 4-leg swivel chair with wooden shell and arms has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017.
